About Me

How It Started

Hypnotherapy entered my life over fifteen years ago, during a childbirth where I could not receive an epidural because of a rare spinal tumor. In that vulnerable moment, hypnosis became both an anchor and a revelation. It revealed a depth of inner resources we all carry — even in fear, pain, and uncertainty.

It changed me. And it never left.

Recovery from a spinal tumor reshaped my life from the inside out —  deepening my presence in this life, and teaching me to listen to the quieter intelligence of the nervous system.

Unable to receive the epidural, hypnosis returned to me during my next pregnancies, guiding me through three of my four childbirths with inner strength I didn’t know I carried.

Writing, Art, and Inner Work

Before stepping into therapeutic practice, I studied journalism and spent many years as a multidisciplinary artist — writing, painting, narrating, creating worlds through story and sound. This artistic life has always been intertwined with my inner life and the pursuit of meaning.

Hypnosis, in many ways, is a natural continuation of that work — a space where imagination and nervous-system awareness meet, and where deep transformation can take place.

Digital wellness

Alongside my therapeutic practice, I’ve spent many years working in tech, at the intersection of user experience, behavioral insight, and wellness. As Head of Wellness for a major digital health platform, I’ve produced content used by millions, guided multidisciplinary teams, and collaborated with UX designers, data scientists, and AI researchers to design experiences that respect the nervous system and support genuine wellbeing.

Where Transformation Begins

Today, I’m a mother of four, a stepmother, a wife, and someone who has lived through profound physical and emotional challenges. These experiences didn’t just influence my therapeutic, professional and artistic work — they became the foundation of it. They taught me that we carry immeasurable strength within us, and that even the most difficult moments can lead to unexpected forms of transformation.

I draw from my lived experience, professional path, and multicultural heritage to offer a perspective that is both deeply human and uniquely my own.

What feels heavy, tangled, or painful can become clearer, lighter, and deeply meaningful when we learn how to access the inner resources we didn’t know we had.

If You Feel Called

If something in this path speaks to you — if you feel ready to access your inner resources, shift old patterns, and create meaningful change in your life — I would be honored to walk that journey with you.
